In its Resolution 2014(4) of 11 June 2014, the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe has amended Article 15 of the Statute of the Tribunal - Appendix XI to the Staff Regulations.

By this change, the jurisdiction of the Administrative Tribunal has been extended to cover disputes between international governmental organisations other than the Council of Europe and their respective officials. Discussions are ongoing between the Council of Europe and the Central Commission for the Navigation of the Rhine to allow it to recognize the jurisdiction of the Tribunal.
