On 22 April 2016 the second SEEDIG (South Eastern European Dialogue on Internet Governance) annual meeting was held in Belgrade, Serbia, with a focus on the following topics: multistakeholder Internet governance mechanisms, digital divide, cybersecurity and digital civil rights. 

Mr Patrick Penninckx, Head of the Information Society Department of the Council of Europe made a presentation during the 4th session entitled “Come and solve the human rights puzzle with us”.
