Recommendation CM/Rec(2020)1 has been translated into the Ukrainian language by the experts of the National Council of TV and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine in order to advance its implementation in the country. The Recommendation, adopted on the 8th of April 2020 by the Council of Europe´s Committee of Ministers, acknowledges the vast potential of algorithmic systems to foster innovation and economic development, but warns of a number of significant challenges to human rights related to their use.
