Mr. Patrick Penninckx , Head of Information Society Department addressed today the keynote speech at the 10th Conference of the African Communication Regulation Authorities.
The Conference held in Marrakech, Morocco and organized by the African Communication and Regulation Authorities Network was attended by African regulators to discuss the future of the African audio-visual sector in the era of digitalization.

Mr. Penninckx presented CoE standards and how they can be used by different stakeholders as a source of inspiration especially in addressing the challenges of promoting quality journalism.
