Prof. Marilyn Clark presented the key note speech at the 4th annual conference on the Safety of Journalists on the 5th and 6th November 2018 at Oslo Metropolitan University focusing on the chilling effect. The conference was held in connection with UNESCO's international Day to end Impunity for Crimes against journalists. In her presentation she discussed the research undertaken by the Council of Europe on the topic.
