Within the framework of its 2018-2021 Neighbourhood Partnership with Morocco, the Council of Europe is implementing a project aiming at promoting freedom of expression and media pluralism in Morocco.
This is a call for tenders for the provision of technical consultancy services for Moroccan national experts to conduct a field study on disinformation in Morocco and media literacy initiatives at the national level in partnership with the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sport, Department of Communication.
