CyberEast+ is a joint project of the European Union and of the Council of Europe, implemented in the Eastern Partnership (EAP) region by the Council of Europe under the European Neighbourhood East Instrument (ENI).

Participating countries: MoldovaArmenia, GeorgiaAzerbaijan and Ukraine.

The project aims to adopt legislative and policy frameworks compliant to the Budapest Convention on Cybercrime and  its Second Additional Protocol on enhanced co-operation and disclosure of electronic evidence.  CyberEast+ seeks to reinforce the capacities of judicial and law enforcement authorities, to imporve interagency co-operation and to increase efficient international co-operation. It also focuses on reinforcing synergies between criminal justice and cybersecurity responses to cyberthreats in the region.
