The Council of Europe is launching a call for tenders for the provision of consultancy services in the field of strategic planning and organisational development.
This call aims to support the implementation of the project “Reinforcing the culture of dialogue and consultation of local authorities in the Republic of Moldova” by enhancing the institutional position and organizational capacity of the CALM, thus increasing its capacity to address the needs of its members and improving the dialogue with central authorities.
The expected start date is 15 July 2020. The deadline for tendering is 9 June 2020.
One of the objectives of this project is to strengthen the institutional capacities of the CALM in policy dialogue and advocacy, good governance, municipal management standards and provision of quality services. The project is implemented within the Council of Europe Action Plan for Moldova 2017-2020.
