The Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH) is a global inter-governmental organisation. A melting pot of different legal traditions, it develops and services multilateral legal instruments, which respond to global needs.

On 24 November 2017, the Council of Europe signed an Agreement with the Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH) – an international organisation enjoying immunity – so that the Administrative Tribunal of the Council of Europe can examine the related disputes between this organisation and its staff members.
