On Thursday 4 June 2026, at 10.15 a.m., the Administrative Tribunal will hold a hearing in Appeal No. 779/2026 – L. Y. (II) v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe.

The hearing, which will be public, will take place in the Agora building, room G1, and will be chaired by Paul Lemmens, Chair of the Tribunal.
