A hearing will be held before the Administrative Tribunal on Tuesday 26 January 2021, at 9.30 a.m., in appeals Nos. 666 and 667/2020 – Vincente DALVY and Maria OCHOA-LLIDO v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe. The hearing will be chaired by Ms Nina VAJIĆ, Chair of the Tribunal.

On account of the Covid-19 health crisis, the Tribunal had to introduce special measures for holding its public hearings, valid until further notice. All oral submissions will be made by videoconference.

The public will have the possibility to attend the hearing after prior registration with the registry of the Tribunal.
