On Tuesday 23 January 2024 at 10 a.m., a hearing will be held before the Administrative Tribunal in the Tribunal’s Hearing Room in Strasbourg (D Building) in appeals Nos. 739/2023 – E.T
v. Secretary General, 740/2023 – D.K. v. Secretary General and 741/2023 – E.K. v. Secretary General.

The hearing will be open to the public and will be chaired by Ms Nina VAJIĆ, Chair of the Tribunal.

Individual external visitors who do not have a Council of Europe badge and would like to attend the hearing are requested to contact the registry until noon on 22 January 2024.
