A hearing will be held before the Administrative Tribunal on Monday 22 March 2021, at 3 p.m., in appeals Nos. 666 and 667/2020 – Vincente DALVY and Maria OCHOA-LLIDO v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe. The hearing will be chaired by Ms Nina VAJIĆ, Chair of the Tribunal.

Owing to the Covid-19 health crisis and until further notice, special measures apply to the hearings before the Tribunal and the oral submissions in these cases will be made by videoconference. 

The hearing will be open to the public upon prior registration with the Registry of the Tribunal. Registration is made by completing the online form before the deadline of 19 March 2021.
