The fourth 2024 session of the Administrative Tribunal took place from 18 to 20 November 2024. 

During this session, the Tribunal held its first deliberations in the following cases:

• Appeals Nos. 746, 748-758/2023 - A. S. T., F. G., M. B. L., G. B., C. W.-H., L. C., E. H., M.-L. F., M. C., P. N., M. H. and F. B. v Secretary General of the Council of Europe;
• Appeal No. 747/2024 - M.-L. L. v Secretary General of the Council of Europe; 
• Appeal No. 759/2024 - D. S. v Secretary General. 

Public hearings on these appeals were held on 18 and 19 November 2024. 

In addition, the Tribunal held final deliberations in appeal No. 743/2024 - B.S. v Governor of the Council of Europe Development Bank, in which it delivered its judgment on 24 November 2024.

At this session, the Tribunal also set the dates for the conference to mark its 60th anniversary. The conference will be held on 13 and 14 October 2025 in Strasbourg. It will take place in two parts: the first session will be reserved for members of international administrative tribunals, while the second session will be open to the public.
