The fourth session 2026 of the Administrative Tribunal took place on 8 July. 

During this session, which took place online, the Tribunal examined, without a hearing, Appeal No. 782/2026 – M. G. v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe and Appeal No. 784/2026 – M. G. (II) v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe.

In addition, the Tribunal delivered a judgment on the admissibility of Appeal No. 777/2026 ¬ J v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe.
