The Administrative Tribunal first session of 2024 was held on 23 January. During this session, the Tribunal held a public hearing in cases nos. 739-741/2023 – E.T., D.K. and E.K v. Secretary General, followed by first deliberations.
The Tribunal also considered two cases in final deliberations and adopted the following decisions:

- Judgment of 25 January 2024 in Appeal No. 738/2023 – C.A. v. Secretary General (FR)
