Le Comité des Correspondants permanents
Les correspondants permanents sont des fonctionnaires de chaque État membre du Groupe Pompidou représentant leur gouvernement entre les conférences ministérielles. Ils constituent le principal organe de décision pendant le cycle d’un programme de travail donné. Ils supervisent le budget et la mise en œuvre de toutes les activités et préparent les programmes de travail quadriennaux et les conférences ministérielles en collaboration avec le Secrétariat.
Les correspondants permanents se réunissent régulièrement lors des réunions plénières, qui ont lieu normalement deux fois par an. Ces réunions servent de forum intellectuel et politique où les participants peuvent nouer des contacts approfondis et échanger des points de vue. Les réunions des correspondants permanents sont axées sur l’échange d'informations et d'opinions sur les évolutions récentes des politiques en matière de drogues au sein des divers pays et de la communauté internationale.
