About Illan

Illan Acher is part of the training team of the TOTHRE 2023 course. He works as a Human Rights Officer in the Human Rights Education & Training Unit of the UN Human Rights Office. Originally from Geneva, Switzerland, he has lived in different parts of the world, including London, Berlin, New York, Athens, Dakar and Nairobi. He has a special interest for diverse cultures, performing arts, and how young people develop an understanding of the world.
