Les sessions d’étude ont pour socle la coopération entre les organisations partenaires et le Service de la jeunesse du Conseil de l’Europe. 


Les sessions d’étude sont des séminaires internationaux de jeunesse à visée éducative (rencontres), d’une durée de quatre à huit jours, qui réunissent des membres d’organisations ou de réseaux de jeunesse et des experts pour des discussions sur un sujet spécifique conduisant à des conclusions pertinentes pour les priorités et les programmes du secteur jeunesse du Conseil de l’Europe. Les sessions d’étude sont organisées en coopération avec des organisations et réseaux de jeunesse et sont hébergés par l’un des Centres européens de la jeunesse.

Le programme est basé sur les demandes soumises deux fois par an sur lesquelles se prononce le Comité de programmation pour la jeunesse. Veuillez noter que, chaque année, la date limite pour le dépôt des demandes est le 15 avril pour les sessions d’étude prévues le 1er semestre de l’année suivante, et le 15 octobre pour les sessions d’étude prévues le 2e semestre de l’année suivante.

Ces activités sont presque intégralement financées par le Conseil de l’Europe conformément aux lignes directrices disponibles au secrétariat.

Les sessions d'études sont consacrées à l'éducation aux droits humains.
