About Rodrigo

Rodrigo is part of the Poll of Trainers of the Portuguese National Youth Council and a brand new Master of European Studies (European Politics). He also holds an undergraduate diploma in International Relations. His Master Thesis explored the EU neoliberal policies in the field of Education, its connection with the rise of far-right extremism and how Youth and Sports can help fight this.

He is also part of a Youth Organisation in his home town called Gerar Oportunidades (Generate Opportunities), and he is usually very much involved in local, national and European projects and youth activism. 

Some topics that interest him the most are politics, democracy, education, youth activism and empowerment, sports (football and swimming) and culture.
