İNCE Muhterem

 

Muhterem İnce was born in Çanakkale on 30 August 1970.

completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Edremit of Balıkesir province. He graduated from Faculty of Political Sciences in Istanbul University in 1993. He completed his Master’s degree from the Institute of Social Sciences in Kırıkkale University in 2000.

He served as Candidate District Governor in Edirne Governorate between 1994 and 1997. Then he started his career as District Governor in Kırıkkale-Sulakyurt District Governorate between 1997 and 2000.

He subsequently served as District Governor in Adıyaman-Samsat between 2000 and 2002, in Erzurum-Narman between 2002 and 2005, in Çanakkale-Eceabat between 2005 and 2009.

Afterwards he served as Head of Section at the Department of Training of Ministry of Interior between 2009 and 2011.

Onwards, he served as Head of Department at the Directorate General of Personnel Affairs between 2011 and 2013.

He was appointed as Deputy Director General of Directorate General of Personnel Affairs on 23 July 2013 and he carried this duty until 02 August 2013, thereafter he served as Director General of Personnel Affairs between the years of 2013 and 2016.

He was appointed as Governor of Artvin by the Enactment of Governors published on the Official Gazette dated 1 June 2016.

He was assigned as Undersecretary of Ministry of Interior by the Decree dated 7 September 2016 and No: 9158. He carried this duty until 7 August 2018.

He was appointed as Deputy Minister of Interior by the Presidential Decree which was published on the Official Gazette dated 8 August 2018 and No: 30503.

Muhterem İnce is married and has two children. He can speak English.
