- Blu Taxi: +355 67 444 4444
- Green Taxi: 0800 2000 | Mobile: +355 69 800 2000
Taxi prices range from €14–€25. trip from Tirana International Airport to Tirana’s center takes 20–25 minutes.
- Outside the airport, you will find the bus Luna Transportation, which runs from the airport to Tirana city centre. You may choose to walk to your hotel or take a taxi upon your arrival in Tirana center.
Most convenient modes of transportation within the city: For the venues and the recommended hotels, walking is often the easiest way to get around, as distances are relatively short. Taxis offer a faster or more flexible transportation option. Public transportation (urban buses) is available but may not always
be the most efficient choice for visitors.
Practical tips for getting around Tirana efficiently:
- Always agree on a price or ask for the meter to be used when taking a taxi.
- Walking is safe and practical in central areas, particularly for short distances.
- If you need to take public buses, tickets are purchased on board, and routes can be checked with locals or in this map here app Tirana Public Transport 4+ or at stops.
