Under the joint European Union/Council of Europe action “Freedom of expression and freedom of the media in Serbia (JUFREX 2)” a workshop on audio-visual media services directive (AVMSD) was organised for the employees of the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Media in Serbia (REM).
The workshop, held between 8 and 10 November, had the objective of raising awareness and knowledge of the employees of the REM, on the strengthened provisions of the AVMSD, related to the regulation of audio-visual content and developing the capacities of REM to promote its implementation within its institutional remit.
The event was organised under the framework of the joint programme of the European Union and the Council of Europe “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey 2019-2022”.
