On 26 October 2022 during the plenary session of the Parliamentary Assembly in Strasbourg, Council of Europe Secretary General Marija Pejčinović Burić inaugurated the photo exhibition "SHAME - European Stories". This shows portraits of victims of child abuse from 20 European countries. In PACE countries continues the discussion on the text of a motion calling for a reassessment of cases of abuse and forms of reparation in Council of Europe member states.
