On 16 May 2023 the author Monica Amari presented her newly published book “Praise to cultural rights and obligations” at the Council of Europe Office in Venice.

Director Luisella Pavan-Woolfe moderated the meeting and recalled the importance of safeguarding our cultural heritage. Secretary General of ICOM INTERCOM, Cristina Vannini, introduced the author who explained her idea of “cultural constitutionalism” and answered the many questions coming from the audience.
