In the church of Santa Barbara in the mining village of Montevecchio, the Testinonium were delivered on 26 June to the 24 pilgrims / hikers from Abruzzo, Campania and Molise who traveled the first 100 km of the Santa Barbara Mining Trail (CMSB). 

The Head of the Council of Europe in Venice, Luisella Pavan-Woolfe took part in the ceremony, with the Mayor of Giuspini Giuseppe De Fanti, the Councilor for tourism of the municipality of Arbus William Collu, the geologist Efisio Cadoni, the teacher-writer Iride Peis and CMSB President Giampiero Pinna.
