On 11 November 2022, the Director of the Italian Office of the Council of Europe, Luisella Pavan-Woolfe, delivered an online lecture to the students of Turin Polytechnic second level Master in "Methods and techniques for the government of resilient territories. Towards integrated risk management". 

The lecture explored cultural heritage, citizens participation and prevention in the international debate. This was the second edition of a master course open to public institutions’ technicians and administrative staff on the theme of resilient planning.
