The third session of the Administrative Tribunal in 2024 was held on 3 and 4 June 2024. This session brought together the judges for the first time in the new composition of the Tribunal, which took effect on 1 April 2024.

During this session, the Tribunal considered two appeals:

• Appeal No. 743/2024 – B. S. v. Governor of the Council of Europe Development Bank, in respect of which a public hearing was held on 3 June 2024;
   
• Appeal No. 744/2024 – I. S. V. v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe, which is the subject of the Tribunal’s judgment of 14 August 2024.

At this session, the Tribunal also examined the amendments to its Rules of procedure which were adopted by decision of 7 August 2024 with the aim of simplifying the procedure for submitting applications to the Tribunal.
