The third 2025 session of the Administrative Tribunal took place on 2 and 3 June 2025. 

During this session, the Tribunal held its first deliberations in the following cases:

• Appeal No. 765/2024 – L. Y. v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe;
• Appeal No. 764/2024 – A. G. v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe.

Public hearings in respect of these appeals were held on 2 and 3 June 2025. 

Moreover, the Tribunal held final deliberations in two appeals, for which it delivered the following judgments:

• Judgment of 3 June 2025 in appeal No. 763/2024 – M.-S. F. v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe;
• Judgment of 24 June 2025 in appeal No. 766/2024 – L. D. (III) v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe (FR).
