The second session of the Administrative Tribunal in 2026 took place on 23 and 24 March. 

During this session, the Tribunal held its first deliberations in four cases, one of which – Appeal No. 773/2025 - J. C. v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe – was heard at a hearing held on 24 March 2026. The other following three cases were examined without a hearing:

• Appeal No. 774/2025 - H v. Governor of the Council of Europe Development Bank,
• Appeal No. 775/2025 - P. R. v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe,
• Appeal No. 776/2025 - I v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe.

In addition, the Tribunal held final deliberations in two appeals in which it delivered the following judgments:

• judgment of 23 March 2026 in Appeal No. 769/2025 - M.-F. G. v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe (French);
• judgment of 23 March 2026 in Appeal No.  771/2025 - G v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe.
