On 13 and 16 March 2020, the Administrative Tribunal registered two appeals (No. 638/2020 – Arman ZRVANDYAN and No. 639/2020 – Isabela MIHALACHE (II) v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe.

In the first appeal, the appellant seeks the annulment of the decision of the Secretary General refusing his job application under vacancy notice o44/2019.

In the second appeal, the appellant contests the modalities of execution of the 30 October 2019 decision in appeal No. 604/2019.
