On 11 and 18 March 2019, the Administrative Tribunal registered two appeals (No. 605/2019 - X v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe and No. 606/2019 - Céline COSSET v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe).

In the first appeal, the appellant challenges the decision not to renew the appellant’s contract. The appellant also seeks compensation for damages. In the second appeal, the appellant challenges the decision to refuse the renewal of her contract before the ending of her probationary period.
