On 27 May, 16 and 26 June 2020, the Administrative Tribunal registered three appeals (No. 665/2020 – Ilknur YUKSEK v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe, No. 666/2020 – Vincente DALVY v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe and No. 667/2020 – Maria OCHOA LLIDO v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe).

In the first appeal, the appellant seeks the annulment of the decision of the Secretary General dated 7 June 2019 not to place her name on the reserve list established after the following competition: Vacancy notice no. 17/2018 MONEYVAL, Programme Manager (A1/A2), due to an irregularity in the procedure concerned.

In the two other appeals, the appellants request the annulment of the decisions refusing them compensation for the entire injury resulting from acts of psychological harassment.
