On 29 September 2020, the Administrative Tribunal registered appeal No. 670/2020 – Irène WEIDMANN (II) v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe. The appellant seeks the annulment of the decision of the Secretary General by which the Organisation modified the scale of calculation of her pension.
