On 24 July 2020, the Administrative Tribunal registered appeal No. 669/2020 – Mourad ROUABAA v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe. The appellant seeks the annulment of the decision of the Secretary General not to invite him to compete for the post of System Support Assistant. He also demands the reopening of the internal competition with written and oral examination.
