The 2020 Activity Report of the Administrative Tribunal is available on the Tribunal's website.

This report presents staff disputes at the Council of Europe, the Council of Europe Development Bank and the affiliated international organisations which have recognised the jurisdiction of the Tribunal (CCNR, HCCH and OTIF).

The report provides a statistical overview, for 2020, of administrative complaints, cases before the Advisory Committee on Disputes, appeals lodged to the Administrative Tribunal, as well as the delivered decisions.

The report includes, for the first time, information regarding orders on stays of execution filed with the Tribunal.
