Three hearings will be held before the Administrative Tribunal on Monday 5 and Tuesday 6 October during its 5th Session of 2026:
Monday 5 October at 3 p.m.: Appeal No. 778/2026 – K v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe (room 11, level 2 of the Palais de l’Europe);
Tuesday 6 October at 10 a.m.: Appeal No. 788/2026 – T. J. v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe (hearing by videoconference) and at 3 p.m.: Appeal No. 783/2026 – Staff Committee v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe (room 11, level 2 of the Palais de l’Europe).
The hearings will be chaired by Paul Lemmens, Chair of the Tribunal.
Individual external visitors who do not have a Council of Europe badge and would like to attend the hearings are requested to contact the registry before midday on 1 October 2026.
Anyone wishing to attend remotely the hearing that will be held via videoconference on Tuesday 6 October 2026 is invited to register in advance by contacting the registry before midday on 1 October. A connection link will then be sent to them.
