On Thursday 27 October 2022, two hearings will be held before the Administrative Tribunal in the Tribunal’s Hearing Room in Strasbourg (D Building) in appeals below:

• 10 a.m.: Appeal No. 712/2022 – Fatih KIRBAS v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe
• 3 p.m.: Appeal No. 719/2022 – Dmitry GURIN v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe

Both hearings will be open to the public and will be chaired by Ms Nina VAJIĆ, Chair of the Tribunal.

Individual external visitors who do not have a Council of Europe badge and would like to attend a hearing are requested to contact the Registry before 24 October 2022.
