Three hearings will be held before the Administrative Tribunal on 27 and 28 March 2023 in the Tribunal’s Hearing Room (D Building) in appeals below:

• Monday 27 March at 10 a.m.: Appeals Nos. 677-711/2022, 713-714/2022, 716-718 and 724-727/2022 – Stanislas FROSSARD (II) and others v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe
• Tuesday 28 March at 10 a.m.: Appeal No. 723/2022 – Natalia ZAYTSEVA v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe
• Tuesday 28 March at 3 p.m.: Appeal No. 729/2022 – Emiliya RAMAZANOVA v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe

The hearing on 27 March will be chaired by Mr András BAKA, Deputy Chair of the Tribunal. The two hearings on 28 March will be chaired by Ms Nina VAJIĆ, Chair of the Tribunal.

The hearings will be open to the public. Individual external visitors who do not have a Council of Europe badge and would like to attend a hearing are requested to contact the Registry before 23 March 2023.
