On account of the Covid-19 health crisis, the Tribunal had to introduce special measures for holding its public hearings, valid until further notice. All oral submissions will be made by videoconference that will not be available to the public.

Four hearings will be held before the Administrative Tribunal by videoconference from Tuesday 27 October to Thursday 29 October 2020 in the following appeals:

- Tuesday 27/10 at 2.30 p.m.: Appeal No. 650/2020 – Youlia LEVERTOVA v. Governor of the Council of Europe Development Bank. The hearing will be chaired by Ms Nina VAJIĆ, Chair of the Tribunal.

- Wednesday 28/10 at 9.30 a.m.: Appeal No. 645/2020 – Riccardo PRIORE (II) v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe. The hearing will be chaired by Ms Nina VAJIĆ, Chair of the Tribunal.

- Wednesday 28/10 at 2.30 p.m.: Appeals Nos. 627-636/2020 – Ulrich BOHNER (V) and others, appeal No. 637/2020 – Stanislas FROSSARD and appeal No. 663/2020 – Silvia MUÑOZ BOTELLA (II) v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe.
The hearing will be chaired by Mr András BAKA, Deputy Chair.

- Thursday 29/10 at 2.30 p.m.: Appeals Nos. 649, 652-660, 664 – Nathalie VERNEAU (II) and others, and appeals Nos 640-644 and 646-648/2020 – John PARSONS (V) and others v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe. The hearing will be chaired by Mr András BAKA, Deputy Chair.
