Two hearings will be held before the Administrative Tribunal on Tuesday 26 and Wednesday 27 March 2019 in the Tribunal’s Hearing Room in Strasbourg (D Building) in appeals below:
- Tuesday 26.03 at 2.30 p.m.: Appeal No. 594/2018 – Matthias BAUER v. Governor of the Council of Europe Development Bank
- Wednesday 27.03 at 2.00 p.m.: Appeals Nos. 595-601/2019 – Gianfranco ALBERELLI (III) and others v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe.
The first hearing will be chaired by Ms Nina VAJIĆ, Chair of the Tribunal; the second hearing by Mr András BAKA, Deputy Chair.
