Three hearings will be held before the Administrative Tribunal during its 4th session in 2024:

Monday 18 November 2024

• at 3 p.m.: The hearing on appeals Nos. 746, 748 to 758/2024 - A. S. T., F. G., M. B. L., G. B., C. W.-H., L. C., E. H., M.-L. F., M. C., P. N., M. H. et F. B. v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe will be held in Strasbourg in the Hearing room of the Administrative Tribunal.
   

Tuesday 19 November 2024

• at 10 a.m.: The hearing on appeal No. 747/2024 - M.-L. L. v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe will be held in Strasbourg in the Hearing room of the Administrative Tribunal.
• at 3 p.m.: The hearing on appeal No. 759/2024 – D. S. v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe will be held by videoconference.

Individual external visitors who do not have a Council of Europe badge and who wish to attend the hearings to be held in the Council's D Building are requested to contact the registry no later than noon on 14 November 2024.

Members of the public wishing to attend the hearing held by videoconference, are asked to contact the registry for prior registration before midday on 15 November 2024. The connection link will be sent in reply.

The hearings will be chaired by Paul Lemmens, Chair of the Tribunal.
