On Monday 24 March 2025, at 10.15 a.m., the Administrative Tribunal will hold a hearing in appeal No. 766/2024 – L. D. (III) v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe.

The hearing, which will be public, will take place in room 5, level 2 of the Palais de l’Europe and will be chaired by Paul Lemmens, Chair of the Tribunal. Individual external visitors who do not have a Council of Europe badge and would like to attend the hearing are requested to contact the registry before midday on 20 March 2025.
