Through the implementation of this project, Croatia has improved its justice system through various IT initiatives in line with European best practice. With the promotion of the E-communication application, the design and delivery of high-quality legal training with a focus on e-learning and use of digital tools, and with the automatic anonymisation, publication and search of judicial decisions, it has increased the transparency and consistency of judicial system, shortened the court proceedings, and gave access to free legal courses in Croatian.
