The Government of Liechtenstein has made a voluntary contribution of CHF 115 000 (approximately €123 480) to support the Council of Europe Action Plan for Armenia 2023-2026, the Council of Europe Action Plan for Georgia 2024-2027, the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine “Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction” 2023-2026, the Platform for the safety of journalists, the Lanzarote Convention, as well as to promote human rights and equality for LGBTI persons and reduce the European Court of Human Rights backlog of well-founded cases.
The agreement was signed on 13 November 2025 by Ms Sabine Monauni, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs, Environment and Culture of Liechtenstein, and Mr Bjørn Berge, Deputy Secretary General.
