The Government of Bulgaria has made a voluntary contribution of €16 304.40 to support the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine “Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction” 2023-2026.

The agreement was signed on 16 January 2026 by Ambassador Genka Georgieva, Permanent Representative of Bulgaria to the Council of Europe, and Mr Bjørn Berge, Deputy Secretary General.
