The Government of Albania has made a voluntary contribution of €4 725.07 to support the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine “Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction” 2023-2026.

The agreement was signed on 15 October 2025 by Ambassador Dastid Koreshi, Permanent Representative of Albania to the Council of Europe, and Mr Bjørn Berge, Deputy Secretary General.
