The main mission of the Centre is being a laboratory of best practices, a space of active citizenship, and a network of connections, skills, relationships at the disposals for winning the challenges of integration.

Welfare and economy improve if we take into account the global dimension of exchanges among people, cultures, markets. At the service of the entrepreneurial and professional improvement, to perfect intercultural and linguistic skills and strategies of people, companies, NGOs, public and private bodies, Mondinsieme and its networks offer trainings on relationship and inner complexity management to organizations with workers having different origins, languages, and cultures compared to the ones of the belonging company. We address our opportunities of trainings on intercultural management to companies which focus on diversity at the workplace, to anybody also dealing with school, education, youth, second generation.
