Members and participants of the MSI-NET Expert Committee met for the fourth time on 18-19 September 2017 in Strasbourg. They reviewed the many valuable comments submitted on the draft recommendation on the roles and responsibilities of internet intermediaries during public consultations, and agreed on the final text for approval by the CDMSI in December. They also finalised the draft study on the human rights dimensions of algorithms and possible regulatory implications.
