The Committee of Experts on Strategic Lawsuits against Public Participation held its second meeting in Strasbourg and online on 18-19 October 2022. The Committee of Experts examined the preliminary draft recommendation of the Committee of Ministers to the member states on strategic lawsuits against public participation, due in late 2023.
